I am based in Cumbria and am happy to travel throughout the north of England and Scottish Borders. I also visit the Oban area of Argyll on a regular basis. My aim is to help you and your horse to understand each other better to help you work together effectively.

I have experience of working with foals and young horses to help them understand how to be a well-balanced individual who wants to work with their human.

Sessions last around an hour and a half which include lots of short breaks to help you and your horse process what you are learning.

I am also an Alexander Technique teacher which means that I can help you to be more aware of how you behave around your horse and to help you feel more relaxed and confident, as well as exploring and resolving those niggling aches and pains that can happen when working with your horse on the ground or in the saddle.

I work with individuals as well as running half or full day group workshops. I also run workshops which combine Tellington TTouch Training with the Alexander Technique so that both you and your horse can be more flexible, balanced and coordinated.

I run short (2 hour) introductory Tellington TTouch Training bodywork workshops at Jigsaw in Mawdesley, Lancashire to give you a flavour of how simple and effective the bodywork can be to learn and apply to your own horse. I love running workshops at animal rescue centres so that the staff and rescued equines can experience the benefits of Tellington TTouch Training to help them be re-homed more quickly.
